These aren’t just walks; they’re mini escapes where you’ll reconnect with nature, spark real friendships, and rediscover a stronger, healthier you.

Every step is sprinkled with mindful movement, bursts of laughter, and moments of peace that leave you feeling refreshed. Each walk features carefully curated wellness activities designed with your wellbeing in mind, think grounding exercises, gratitude, manifestation, or moments of reflection to elevate your day.
And the best part? Our walks are set in stunning locations that’ll have you soaking up the views while soaking in the good vibes.

A no-bullsh*t 1:1 coaching in nature for women who need to get out of their own head and into something real.

I blend powerful techniques, deep conversation, and gut-truth questions that help you unpack the real stuff — the stuff that’s been holding you back. Planting Trees with TCV
We came. We dug. We conquered.
​
The ConfiDential Sisterhood laced up their boots, grabbed their spades, and got stuck in—planting 50 trees in just 3.5 hours. That’s over 11,000 steps, plenty of mud, and more laughter than we could count.
​
With the sun shining over the East Cleveland countryside, we proved that when women come together, something powerful happens. We learned new skills, got our hands dirty, and shared the kind of teamwork that fills your soul (and your boots).
A huge thank you to Cameron and the brilliant crew at TCV for letting us bring the energy, the graft, and a whole lot of heart.
